We just finished our renovation, installing hard wood floors, tiles and updated our kitchen counter-tops. Matt, Sam and Joe went extra mile to keep us happy. "If you are happy, we are happy" says Matt. They are professional, working in harmony and listening to all of our concerns and having great suggestions. They moved the furniture and left the area clean. Matt also helped us to install new laundry sink as a favour. We definitely recommend them, will hire them for a possible future renovations. I contracted Brothers Construction 3 to transform an upstairs bedroom into a bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as renovate the kitchen, and update 2 other bathrooms in the house. The work that was done and the service that was provided was superb. Right from the beginning they were prompt with meetings and replying to text inquiries, provided a timely detailed, concise and reasonable quote with a timeline, and then followed through on the plan in a very organized manner providing updates along the way. Besides doing a great job, Matt and Joe are nice people! They are very friendly and obviously bring a lot of experience to projects, helping us to plan a project that we didn’t really know to approach, and engaged skilled contractors as needed to complete the project. I recommend them highly.
